AARON RODGERS TAKES A PAY CUT, HE’LL BE A JET AT LEAST THROUGH 2024!

The Jets signed Aaron Rodgers to a two-year, $75 million contract.
Rodgers’ deal with the Jets is fully guaranteed and keeps him with the team through 2024.
The two sides needed to come to terms on a new contract after he was initially due $110 million next season under his old deal with the Jets.
As NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero notes, Rodgers’ new deal is “technically a five-year deal, including two option years to spread out bonus proration and create a 2023 cap number of just under $9 million.”
Rumors of this deal were reported earlier by ProFootballTalk’s Mike Florio, but it appears Rodgers has officially taken a pay cut in hopes of winning a ring with the Jets.
