EAGLES ARE A REAL SUPER BOWL CONTENDER FIRST TIME IN 5 YEARS!

With NFL rosters more or less set for opening day just over a week away, the Eagles continue to tweak the  squad claiming running back Trey Sermon, just waived from the 49ers.

The 220-pounder from Oklahoma looks to be added to the roster for the opener September 11th at Detroit; he was also a teammate of Jalen Hurts at OU.

Birds fans also were glad to see center Jason Kelce back at practice this week in full pads after having his elbow scoped just a few weeks ago.

And the durable All-Pro will be on the field when they take on the Lions just days away.

Also there was a Miles Sanders sighting in full uniform running on a healing hamstring.

The Birds need a big season from Sanders who is entering a contract year, eager to show the team he’s worth a big deal going forward.

This is big year for the Eagles as they’ve made some nice upgrades on both sides of the ball, being touted as NFC East favorites for the first time in years.

The anticipation is felt all over Eagles Nation as opening kick gets closer.
