J.T. Realmuto crushed a three-run homer in the Phillies’ 5-3 loss to the Giants.
Realmuto went deep off righty reliever John Brebbia in the eighth inning to make it 3-3 and finished with three RBI’s for the second straight game.
The Phillies had trouble connecting with Giants lefty Carlos Rodón’s filth but bounced on the bullpen following his exit. Among the best backstops in the league, Realmuto is hitting .272/.341/.461 with 15-round trippers, 70 RBI and 16 stolen bases this season.
