PHILS PITCHER ZACH EFLIN IS NOW A FREE AGENT

Right-hander Zach Eflin has declined the Phils $15 million mutual option for the 2023 season, per the New York Post’s Jon Heyman (via Twitter).
Eflin will receive a $150K buyout and become a free agent for the first time in his career.
