WATCH GIANTS BACK-UP QB TYROD TAYLOR TAKE A VICIOUS SHOT

Tyrod Taylor (back) left the Giants preseason game against the Jets and was declared questionable to return.

Taylor took a vicious shot from Jets pass rusher Michael Clemons while trying to buy time for a receiver to get open downfield and immediately recoiled on the turf. He was carted off after getting to the sideline.
Giants coach Brian Daboll said after the game that Taylor should be “okay,” and he was spotted on the sideline after halftime. This shouldn’t be considered a major injury, though Taylor may be questionable for Week 1.
